Our restaurant awaits you with culinary highlights at the highest level and traditional Carinthian specialties. You will be amazed!

 

We admit it: we boil our eggs in water just like everyone else. But make no mistake – the water we use is the best, straight from our own spring that originates in the mountains, from where it is directed down to the Hotel Zollner. But that is just one of many outstanding characteristics of our hotel kitchen.

Let our restaurant treat you to regional delicacies sourced from local suppliers who stand for top-notch quality and have been awarded the AMA Seal of Quality Control. Many of the products used in our dishes even come from the immediate vicinity of the hotel – our kitchen garden grows fresh herbs, lettuce, courgettes, celery, pumpkins, apples, cherries, strawberries, gooseberries, blackberries, raspberries and much more. This also makes for a varied menu relying on the produce of the season.

But our garden produce is not the only contribution we make to what is served on our table: char, a local fish variety, is bred in our hotel pond where you may catch your dinner yourself, if you wish. A big part of the meat we use comes from our own farm and is home-smoked. And if you would like to conclude your meal with a schnapps, we will surprise you with a product from our in-house distillery where we turn the cherries from our garden into a true Carinthian quality product.
